Five ways to make projects/tasks a little easier.

  1. Assign a task to one person.
  2. Set a deadline.
  3. Map out a path to project completion.
  4. Determine who needs approval, input, or information.
  5. Follow up once it’s done to make sure it hit the stated goal.

We all work on many different projects, and each project might require different approaches depending on the company structure.

Whether it’s planning an event with family or friends, launching a new customer retention campaign, or accomplishing a personal goal, each can fall trap to ambiguity and lack of buy-in.
