Solving one necessitates another.
We can’t please everyone.
We can’t do it all.
We act as though we can.
We tell ourselves to stop believing we can, but it’s tougher than that.
If we do one more thing, then we’ll be satisfied.
If we get one more pat on the back, we’ll stop running ourselves to the ground.
Except it’s neverending.
More problems will need solving.
More people will need our attention.
More. More. More.
How about less?
Remove one thing from your plate this week.
Leave it for tomorrow.
See how it feels.
