As we journey towards our new normal, one value that will find increased importance is trust.

COVID-19 changed the way consumers think and feel about brands.

Brands that had been more “pushy” or focused more on sales will find that this no longer serves them.

Consumers are looking for security and brands that they can trust and count on to deliver on their promises.

Brands will need to spend more time with their audience to build a relationship of trust

  • Adds value
  • Shareable

Create content that speaks to your authority on a subject or in an industry.

Make sure that this content adds value to your reader’s life.

If you achieve the first two, your audience is likely to share your content around with their networks,
so make sure your content is also easily shareable.
